Carpe diem

Gather ye rose buds while ye may
Old time is still a-flying
And this same flower that smiles today
Tomorrow will be dying

- "To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time"
a poem by Robert Herrick

"Gather rose buds from the garden of your life", is a short phrase that means - Carpe diem (seize the day). The term is also quoted in Horace, quamm minimum quedula postero, which can be translated as - "Seize the day, put very little trust in tomorrow (the future)". <3
