The Earth - where are we heading on to?

Years ago, I read a full page long article of  'prime concern' in a national newspaper on how our planet is gradually heating up due to certain inhumane activities but still the world is cold to deal with it.

McLeodganj diaries

Hey guys

Since long I have had a lust for traveling to high altitudes and now summer vacations was finally the right time. And so on Thursday morning, I packed off for a roadtrip to Dharamshala - Mcleodganj in Himachal Pradesh with my family, at 6:30 in the morning.

Time - what is it?

Time - The numbers are fixed, but the movements not. Some say they are having a tough time, while others say they have less or much of it. The numbers that represent time are the same for everyone: its 12 midnight now. But the movements are not.

A life quote

"Sometimes you lose a part of yourself while trying to gain something worthwhile. Don't regret for the loss, as it is just temporary. Instead, cherish and feel good for the victory which really matters a lot in life."

Carpe diem

Gather ye rose buds while ye may
Old time is still a-flying
And this same flower that smiles today
Tomorrow will be dying

Love redefined

They both promised to stay together forever.
He was her best friend, she was his "love".

Faaslon ke darmiyaan

Jab vaada kiya tha har pal saath rehne ka
Kya pta tha zindagi aaj is morh par le aayegi
Ki saath reh kar bhi aaj hum saath nahi hain
Likh kar baatein to har roz krte hain aap humse
Magar fir bhi in shabdo mein vo baat nahi hai
Har din har pal main aapke gum mein dooba rehta hoon
Lekin jab aapko kehta, theek hoon
Ehsaas to tab hota hai ki aaj bhi faasle vahi hain !!

FUNny bones

I still can't forget those fun days me and my friends had in first year with these creepy bones ..

Writing - then and now

Texts to the lovers decades ago, in the form of letters-

The Return Gift

I still remember the fruit stall managed by this man, on my way back from the queen of hills in the summers of 2015. A big thanks to the beautiful colors it displayed that were so pleasing to the eyes that I stepped out of my car to capture the beauty in my lens. And then there was this man selling these fruits to everyone who stood - by. No doubt the wide range of special fruits flooded everyone's mouth and stuck all the eyes, the contrast in the foreground caught mine for a moment. And that moment changed my perspective about life.

Life of a blind man

The story dates back to the festival of Holi last year, the 12th of March, 2016.

It's so exciting when you finally get out of your daily routine work and return to your hometown for the festivities. And when its the festival of colors ( Holi ) coming up, you just can't wait to bash the colors on your friends and family. No one can scold you for being childish and crazy while playing with the beautiful shades of joy, love, peace and happiness. :D

Colors of Life

- A Small Theory -

"People observe colors of a day only at its beginnings and ends, but to me its quite clear that a day merges through a multitude of shades and intonations, with each passing moment. A single hour can consist of thousands of different colors. Waxy yellows, cloud -  spat blues, smoky darknesses. In my line of work, I make it a point to notice them."
